About these terms: by buying from this store you agree to the terms below. This store is currently in a pre-launch setup phase; the legal business name and address will be added before public trading begins.

Products and descriptions: we work to describe products accurately. Minor differences between product photos and the delivered item (for example, shade under different lighting) are not defects. Where a product’s specifications matter to fit or safety, they are stated on the product page.

Prices and payment: prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping and returns: delivery estimates and return rights are as stated in the Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

Safety: pet travel products help manage your dog in the car; they are not a substitute for supervision. Never leave a dog unattended in a vehicle, and follow any fitting instructions supplied with the product.

Liability: nothing in these terms limits rights you have under US consumer law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes: we may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
