Shipping Policy

Where orders ship from: our suppliers’ warehouses inside the United States. We do not ship from overseas.

How long it takes: orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, as advertised by our suppliers. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they leave the warehouse. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer during holidays and severe weather.

Tracking: as soon as your order ships, the tracking number is emailed to you automatically, and you can follow the parcel the whole way.

Where we ship: the United States only for now. Some supplier warehouses cannot deliver to PO boxes or to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories — if that affects an item, it is stated on that product’s page before you buy.

Shipping cost: the exact shipping cost for each product is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after.

Wrong or damaged arrivals: if anything arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, email us within 15 days of delivery with a photo — we will arrange a replacement or refund with the supplier at no cost to you.
